When you make an accommodation booking using the Adelaide International Motel website, the following Terms and Conditions apply.

No pet policy

The Adelaide International Motel has a no pet policy, which includes all animals. Only special needs dogs will be approved subject to contacting the motel direct.

Age

You must be at least 18 years of age to book any accommodation displayed on the website.

The person registering at check in must be 18 years of age and to eliminate identity fraud, you will be required to provide Photo Identification at check-in to ensure that your identity matches the booking identity. A record and/or copy of this photo will be retained to minimise the risk of fraudulent credit card usage and for verification purposes with your credit card provider in the event of disputation.

Payment

With all Adelaide International Motel online bookings, payment is made by credit card at the time the reservation is confirmed. By clicking the Submit button you are agreeing to terms and conditions and authorizing payment to be taken from credit card given. The amount debited will (subject to the following) be the amount shown on our booking page prior to you clicking Submit. Depending upon the currency of the booking, your credit cards currency and the country in which your card was issued, your credit card provider may impose foreign exchange fees and other fees which are in accordance with your arrangements with that credit card provider. Signature of credit card holder will be required at time of arrival. If credit card holder is not available, written authorization from the credit card holder or purchase order number is required. Incidental charges such as additional cleaning fees from smoking in rooms may also be charged to this card. Full payment of accommodation is pre-paid and any additional charges to be paid at check-out. The person registering at check in must be 18 years of age. Property policies:

Check in time is from 12 noon on day of arrival. Early arrival before noon is subject to availability on day of arrival. It cannot be guaranteed. Check out time is 10 am on the day of departure. Late check out at 10.30 am subject to availability on day of departure and must be organised prior to the day. An additional nights accommodation rate applies to check out after 12p.m. Rates generally cover 2 guests. All rooms are non-smoking and charges apply to non compliance In case of damage and/or loss including keys, excessive cleaning, we have permission to recover this cost from the credit card or cash bond given.

Payment and deposit information:

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners are accepted. Please note that a surcharge applies for American Express and Diners cards.

A credit card payment is required on booking. The Motel reserves the right to cancel reservations on declined credit cards.

Cancellation, Changes and Refunds

If you want to change any details of your booking, you must contact the Adelaide International Motel on Ph: +61 8 8294 2155 during business hours. We will do our best to assist you, however cannot guarantee that changes can be made. You agree to pay any cancellation or change fee that you incur. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to any completed reservation order for accommodation as specified on the confirmation receipt. You will be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and assessments arising out of the use of this website. Cancellation inside (1) one day prior to arrival - a cancellation fee of the first nights™ accommodation will apply and deducted from your credit card. If you fail to cancel a booking and do not check-in in accordance with the booking made, a fee of first nights accommodation will apply and debited from your credit card. Cancellation made more than 24 hours from booking will be given a full refund. Refunds will be given for early check outs providing 24 hours notice is given. Modifications to reservations are subject to availability and may change rate.

Extra Guests and Children

The rates and packages are based on your selections chosen for adults and children. Children (under 2 years) are accommodated free of charge in existing bedding when sharing with 2 adults. Children rates apply for children aged over 2 and under 12 years.

Late Arrival

Guests arriving after 8.30pm MUST contact the Adelaide International Motel on Ph: +61 8 8294 2155 during business hours to arrange key collection.

Liability

Without affecting any statutory consumer rights that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited: a) Adelaide International Motel will not be liable for any losses, damages, liability, claims or expenses (howsoever caused, including negligence, and whether direct, indirect or consequential) arising from the use of or connected with the website or purchases made on the website, and b) we make no warranty or representation as to the fitness or suitability of any external linked site. Where our liability cannot be excluded, to the extent permitted by law such liability is limited to either: (i) for breach of implied terms, at our option, to resupply the service or the cost of resupplying the service; or (ii) otherwise, to the value of the booking made. We sell accommodation from availabilities at the time of booking and cannot accept additional liability for accommodation unavailability, whether direct, indirect or consequential.

Modifications to This Agreement

The Adelaide International Motel reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time without prior notice to you. Your use of this website after any modification of this agreement constitutes an acceptance of any such modification.
